Rest Stop
The Site
A highway rest stop in Korea. These carry far more foot traffic than most people assume, and the traffic has a particular shape. Everybody is already out of the car, already walking, already spending fifteen minutes they had not planned to spend.

What Went In
Nike, Adidas, Puma and New Balance on the tables. Recognisable names only. Nobody standing in a rest stop is going to research a brand they have never heard of before their coffee gets cold.

How It Sells
Fast decisions or none. If a customer has to think, they are already back at the car, so sizes stay visible and prices stay where they can be read from a distance. Volume per hour is lower than a department store site, but the hours run long and nothing here closes early.

Selling to people who are on their way somewhere else is a different job to selling to people who came to shop.
