Sourcing

Material analysis. Factory sourcing and vetting. ODM and OEM.

Production management

We're on the floor for every order. Delivery and quality controlled in person, not over email.

Not luck. Sequence.

Before production

The defects this category always throws up get designed out before the order is placed.

During production

At least three site visits. Problems fixed on the line, not after.

Before dispatch

Every piece inspected at our warehouse. Quantity confirmed, then it ships.

Throughout

One person owns your order. Based in China, replies the same day.

Currently producing for 30+ brands in Korea. Now taking on US accounts.

Shipped to Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.

Fixed mid-production

They changed the waistband size after production started.

The order was already running. Normally the spec is locked the moment you place it — that's the end of the conversation. This was a trim, and it hadn't been sewn in yet. We were on the floor, checked where the line had actually got to, and had it changed with no extra cost and no delay.

This doesn't always work. It works when someone knows where your order is on the line.

A pair of fur-lined suede slippers photographed from above, showing the moulded outsole edge
Caught before production

Fur slippers come apart if the sole is only glued.

Glue alone doesn't hold a sole onto fur. Crushing, edge finish, a twisted toe box, shedding — they all come back on this product. We add one row of stitching to the outsole and write it into the order.

You only know this if you've had it happen. We raise it before the order goes in.

You'll be dealing with one of us.

Send us your spec

One or two products is enough to start. Email us what you sell and roughly how many — unit price and which factory the order goes into both move with volume. We reply within one business day; no call required.
